Keenan is a chirostenotes that hangs around in the big pond. He is a bully, who likes to make jokes on other dinosaurs. He first met Buddy, Tiny, Shiny, Don and Tank during their playdate. He wanted to play a game with them called "follow the leader", at that time he was playing dirty, such as making a leaf hit Shiny and stomping in mud covering them in mud. At the time when Shiny stands up to Keenan for being a bully, Buddy, Tiny and Don use the "carnivore totem" to scare him, it didn't scare him but was scared by Tank's big frill then ran home to his mother.
