Diploducus grew up to 115 feet long and weighed close to 50 tons. It had one of the longest necks of any dinosaur. It is suggested that Dipodocus may have fought other sauropods by hitting their necks together, like giraffes do today. Diplodocus lived in North America during the Jurassic Period. The most notable member of the Diplodocus is Denise.
