Maisie is a Mosasaurus from the Western Interior Seaway. She likes staying close to the surface of the water and is scared of Deep Water. She is a fast swimmers; she raced the pteranodon family and the Dinosaur Train Submarine. She understands Shiny's fear of the deep water and the two bonded as sisters. Her father is Marvin Mosasaurus.
