Masiakasaurus was found by Dr. Scott Sampson only from Madagascar, an island off the cost of Africa. It was a carnivorous dinosaur about the size of a big dog. It had strange jaws with long, forward pointing teeth up front and lots smaller teeth. It lived in Madagascar during the Cretacous period. The most famous Masiakasaurus is Bucky.
