Shiny is a blue Pteranodon who is a part of the Pteranodon Family. Her other siblings are Tiny, Don and Buddy. She enjoys finding shiny shells and usually divides them into piles shiny to shiniest. She also acts as the oldest of her siblings ironically hatches second. in the intro as well, also she is almost always seen with Don and Mr. Pteranodon. She is afraid of earthquakes, shadows, deep ocean, caves and the Time Tunnel. She grew a very strong crush for Gilbert. She was the first character to make friends with Henry the hermit crab.
